Uconnect update questions

I have a 2013 Citadel with the RHR radio & navigation.
Over the years I've visited the UConnect website to check for updates and have always been told I'm up to date.
How do I verify this? Nothing in System Information looks familiar for radio, sw or version number.

I specifically came here to check if there's an update that will permit my radio to receive the Sirius channels above my current max channel 184. This week they shuffle channels around. Deep Tracks is part of my sub but they moved it to 308.
There seems to be a lot of PO'd customers as a result.

I'm not sure it's even possible to manually update a radio anymore. I just watched a YouTube video that linked the website where you get the CD image file for installing updates... But that website is gone now. Buncha ignored comments asking for the new link or source 🤷‍♂️

It's a known issue that Sirius says not all radios can receive the higher channels and I doubt that U-Connect gives a damn whether we can get them or not.

I think it is a limitation of the radio, and not necessarily something that can be fixed with a uConnect update, if I remember, it may be a Sirius vs XM radio issue, back when they were separate companies. My 2014 Durango can get the higher channels (it goes to at least channel 350) but the girlfriend's 2011 Acura doesn't go that high. I think her radio was originally a Sirius unit, and the Durano had an XM, but I'm not certain.

Lame lame lame.
Uconnect brags on their OTA updates--to keep you connected as technology changes. So the radio on a 2014 can get stations in the ch350 range but a 2013 radio can't be updated to do the same. Lame.
Shame on Sirius for adding new channels targeted at a younger audience, and they bump a popular classic rock channel to make room for the new kid. Why didn't they put the new channels in the 300s and leave my old stations--and my presets--alone.
Lame.

The same question that everyone is asking. They shuffled several channels with no rhyme or reason and no explanation. Just because they can. It's like they are punishing the older listeners by forcing them to stream when many don't want to or can't. Then, when there isn't enough listenership, they can the channel.
