Update on my Uconnect Box error issue - admittedly it's only been two days and three separate trips in my Durango AWD but there have been ZERO Uconnect requires service by an authorized dealer pop ups and I am hopeful that replacing the radio has fixed the Uconnect pop up issue. There are features in the radio that I had forgotten I had that now work. I have pasted the work order below in case that might help someone else who can bring this to their dealership and tell them to step up. I am grateful that my dealership, Albrecht CDJR, covered the $600 radio replacement under their goodwill program, and for a great dealership like this one, their goodwill program doesn't expire with the warrantee. They wanted me happy and went all in to make that happen. In addition to working with a large customer obsessed dealership, I recommend getting Uconnect involved to create a "star case" and engaging @DodgeCares so all are aware and aligned. I will post back in a month if the fix holds, and sooner if our Uconnect nightmare continues. Best of luck to all who are still looking for their fix.

Do you have pictures or could you point to the panel(s) on a diagram that you had to remove to get to this blue connector? I believe this is my issue but I don’t want to touch anything I don’t have to in order to get to this. Were you able to get to it without breaking any clips etc.?

Thank you. It’s the rear of the headliner where I am having trouble accessing the blue clip. I’m trying to avoid pulling the headliner out to far/breaking clips. I’d sooner have the uconnect error over a sagging headliner. 🤦‍♂️
Gotcha .... headliner removal procedure PDF attached.

Update on my radio replacement to fix the Uconnect Box requires service pop up alert. I know there were skeptics out there and YOU WERE RIGHT unfortunately. I had four days of no pop ups and then on day five she's baaaacck. Now it comes up about once a trip which I am going to live with until one of you talented engineers out there documents a bullet proof fix and Stellantis uses that to announce a recall. It's obvious that they can't figure it out and/or they don't see any upside to fix this issue for Dodge and Jeep customers. The writing is on the wall with electric I guess, but until they make an eclectic that sounds and feels like my 8 cylinder hemi, forgetaboutit. You are spot on @JC Hemi, this is a great group.

If they issue a recall for this or the racetrack burnout I will eat my underpants.

Did they replace the telemetrics cable while they were in there? This is the only positive fix I'm aware of since following the saga for about 2 years.

My 2022 dodge Durango has been saying this since I purchased it. I asked about it several time at my oil change and tire service appointments that took place at the same service department where I purchased the Durango. They told me they could find nothing wrong with the vehicle. the message does pop up pretty frequently. And most of the time the everything with my Uconnect works perfectly. But there are times when I’ll get out turn off the Durango, and when I get back in it doesn’t matter what I do my phone and the vehicle will not connect and it could be a day or a couple weeks before they do again.

I asked but the dealership about the telemetrics cable but they did not reply. I suspect they are a little tired of me and I also suspect that the answer would be no. The Uconnect pop ups happen less frequently now than they did before so it's more tolerable.

A new antenna and antenna wiring harness is also a positive fix for some, it was for me. It has been over a year and never had a pop-up again.

Agreed, I also had the antenna replaced for good measure. I really think it's just the cable though.
