None of that seems real good. I assume this is a V6??? There have been a few with similar issues here. Get it back and possibly to a new dealer

The Durango is definitely Rear Wheel Biased on Dry surfaces
are you saying yours is Front wheel Biased???

A tuner can boost throttle response. Some dont like that feel either as it can make the vehicle quite Jumpy. My wife doesnt like the way my Durango feels with just 5% throttle boost

If you have an R/T that feel is due to the negative Camber and High positive caster in the front alignment. It is a set up used for years in High performance cars to get that road feel that some are looking for. I have mine changed a little and reset to balance this a bit.
