Transfer Case

So I went to Valvoline for an oil change (was too lazy to do it myself) . I know I needed to change the transfer case fluid so I inquire about that only to be told I don’t have a transfer case. They told me I only have a front and rear differential.

I could be wrong but wouldn’t a 2012 Durango Crew AWD have a transfer case???

Of course it does. They are idiots!!!!!!!!
With a response like that, it would be the last time I took my car there.

Definitely won’t go back there I actually sent an email off to corporate. Had to let them know what type of people they got working for them. I drove off like wtf

There is a link here somewhere that you can input your VIN, and see what all your D came off the assembly line with. I had it bookmarked, but my laptop crashed and I lost it.
