2015 R/T without tow package.
So I purchased an aftermarket hitch receiver that sits below the bumper and it installed perfectly. Also purchased vehicle-specific wiring harness that plugs into the factory receptacle. On the seven-pin plug I can only get the constant 12v pin to register anything. On the 4-pin i can get nothing. All the fuses are in place and good. Any ideas?
