Mopar Hitch Bezel part# 5113693AA
You can paint them yourself. Their are companies out there that sell rattle cans of the exact match paint color. Check out AutomotiveTouchup.com. I've done this on a previous car. Painted a couple of engine bay pieces to match exterior of car. Mine even had the metal flakes (pearl) in it. Just give them a slight sanding to rough the surface a little, spray the color, let dry, then spray some clear. $60 part, $30 color, $6 can of gloss clear (I used Walmart's Rust-Oleum and worked fine).Do keep in mind they come in bare black plastic, not painted. Someone did the same to me years ago and the $300 (cover + paint) I was quoted at the time was just too much for a slight outline of my hitch receiver being in the cover.

If you prep it properly and use a plastic adhesion promotor as well, this should help. Personally I haven't tried it on something that gets flexed around a lot, but the pieces I've sprayed under my hood still look fine with all the heat from the engine. In all, I highly doubt that paying someone several hundred to paint such a small piece is going to last any longer than painting it yourself. Will standard rattle cans last on the hitch cover, without a plasticizer? It doesn't flex a lot, but it does flex when you take it off and put it on.....
