I don't think you have any choice; there is only one size (OEM part 5303958)

There should be no options on this at all.
You can get a Great price by calling Andy Wagner at Welcome for the part His number 240-427-1305.
Tell him Steve with white durango sent you.

I've been looking into this and I'm not sure why multiple belts are listed. According to my 2003 parts catalog the 4.7 uses tensioner part number 53030958. Oddly, Amazon says this doesn't fit my Durango. I found this page with the associated part number ant it lists:

Pulley Size: 90*17*26 Flat Steel
76*17*26 6Groove PlasticW/Flange
When I search for parts on Summit Racing it does show a two pulley tensioner and only one belt size. I'd recommend measuring your current belt. Just wrap a piece of string around and measure the string, that will answer your question. You can also measure your pulley and see what it says.

I can understand two different belt sizes; I needed a shorter belt for mine when I bypassed the AC. But different tensioners? Hmm...

IIRC there are two pulleys on the tensioner, a 76mm and a 90mm.
