I have a 2017 sxt 3.6 lt with start stop. I have replaced the small battery. I still randomly get start stop unavailable. Any idea what it is?

I have a 2017 sxt 3.6 lt with start stop. I have replaced the small battery. I still randomly get start stop unavailable. Any idea what it is?
You should also replace the main battery as they work together. Also make sure the cables are tight on both batteries and that the chassis ground in the battery compartment is still tight.
