SRT engine vibration/buzz

At around 24,000 miles I've picked up an engine vibration or buzz thru felt mostly at idle and in gear with foot on brake. You can feel it thru the steering wheel or just looking at the motor. If you put your hand on the engine you can just feel it vibrate. When you are driving it you can barely notice it but there is still a slight feeling in the steering wheel. Engine is dead quiet. No loss of power or gas mileage. No mechanical noises coming from it. I've attached a flic from the SRT performance pages engine dyno that show how the torque and engine lines have a squiggle in them showing the vibration. Before this happened engine was sooo smooth. Don't know what it could be.
