So I just got them installed. They are correctly installed and not reversed. As you can see my front end is much higher than stock. Rear looks good.

I have noticed a lot of inconsistency when it comes to these springs. My springs were a copper color. What were the colors of others here on the forum that got some RM springs?

Chad at Black Ops has been beyond helpful in trying to figure this out.

The picture is 1 hr after install. I know springs settle but I am starting to think RM sent me the wrong springs at least in the front. Chad ordered everything right so not sure what happened.

All I know is that the springs with the larger diameter metal goes on the back. That is how my factory ones were. I also believe that the rear ones are shorter than the fronts. Mine came marked front and back. They are sending me new ones because I got an extra 3/4" out of it. In my opinion that picture looks like the front spring installed on the rear but looking the picture you should have the opposite effect. In the picture of the rear low did you take it out and drive it so the load leveling would go back up?

Mine came marked too and installed according to the marking on the spring.

I am sitting at 32.5 inches all around.

Here is the front spring installed.

Here is my take. When these springs were developed they were done on a 2011/2012 model and most that have used them on the 11-13's have no issues. The issues are mostly on 14-16's Now these Durangos are supposed to be all the same but if you look at the factory height difference between and 11-13 and a 14-16 RT it is about 3/4" Lower on the 11-13's, so what I am saying is maybe Dodge changed something on these later models
Until these become 100% consistent I wont even consider them

I love how the springs make the truck feel but the inconsistency in drop for so many users has been horrible so I won't recommend anyone else getting them.

I asked the folks at Bwoody about their springs for the Jeeps and apparently some people have had luck using the Jeep springs on a Durango and adding a 10mm spacer in the back. I can't afford another set of springs right now so I may just get a spacer and try to level mine out.

I also had issues with 2 sets of the Black Ops sway bar end links so I went with Bwoody links. I only have the front links installed so far but I can't get them to stop squeaking.

I'm starting to think the springs were mislabeled from RM. They seem to be installed backwards. Based on the springs and the thick wire springs installed in the front.

This is how she sits today. Complete opposite of every other I have seen posted.

Just a quick update. Sean from RM is sending me a new set for the front. Excellent customer service thus far from everyone involved both RM and Black Ops.

RM sent a new set of front springs. Here are the results a few hours later.

Big thanks to Black Ops ( Chad and Josh) and RM for quickly adressing and fixing the issue.

Before with wrong front springs and level ground.

After with new front springs and my driveway (not very level). You get the idea!

I think they closed doors to local installations. They will continue to stock springs for the vendors.

I say everyone should hold off on purchasing these. Too many inconsistent results. I am at 31.5 Inch up front and 32 Inch in the back. I thought the front would settle but no luck.

Others with RM are way lower in the front. RM sent me the wrong front springs(they were clearly rear springs when compared to the new ones they sent). It cost me another $150 to install and the front is still 1/2 higher than the rear.

I say hold off for now for any future customers until they figure out what is going on.

The spring on the right was the wrong springs they sent the first time. Ones on the left the new ones sent.

I have a set of RM springs that I've yet to install. Anyway to verify they are the right ones before I put them on?

Here is my take
If you have a factory R/T these springs will not work well. THe factory springs are lower than other models already and when you install the front Road magnets they get miniomal drop. Rears are affected by the load levelers
On other models Citadel and Limited the springs probably give you a tick more than the R/T factory drop and work well

Well I will tell you this as well.
the 11-13 R/T's have different (and lower) factory springs than the 14-16's do. So there issue could be in that as well.
There are/were 2 different sets of available R/T springs on 11-13 models one standard duty and one set heavy duty. So they have different rates albeit same drop and length.
So many factors come into play.

I wish I would have known this before. At the end of the day it did lower the D and mine is even. Some members have huge gaps in the rear even with the RM springs in. Not as low as they advertised with that one D they paraded around the internet but it was an older 11-13 RT so that supports your argument.

The Durango they did most of their R & D on was a 2012 R/T and it required control arms to get alignment as close as possible(I didnt say good or correct) but it sat low

Been having problems as well. Installed them. Rear leveling shocks pumped them up so it gave a horrible rake look. Swapped out to non leveling rear shocks & now it's got a reverse rake & feels like I'm on cut springs & bottoms out way too easily. I threw in air lift bags in rear springs to help & it helped a little but not enough. Got it all aligned & fronts are like -2 camber & rears -3-3.4 camber. Definitely need adjustable arms & hoping that helps fix the bad squat in rear & maybe will help with the bottoming out. Both my rear fenderwells are beat up & have torn tabs now lol
