I did the same thing, Eibach springs front and back and kept the leveling shocks in the back until I got the new mounts and Monroe shocks installed last week. With the stock nivomat rear shocks, the drop in the back was minimal and close to the stock height. Once I had the Monroe's put on the back end it dropped a little more and settled at the perfect level. The truck now looks like it should IMO, it's not slammed but definitely lower than stock.
One thing to be aware of after doing this is alignment of both ends. The front camber was adjusted to it's maximum and still is off by just a hair, no more room for adjusting according to the garage that replaced the springs so I'll just rotate the tires more often to reduce wear. When the shop did the rear end last week they didn't check the rear camber (don't know why) but that was way off as well so the D is in the shop today getting the rear camber adjusted. Once I get the truck back later today I take some pics and measurements and post them up for you guys to see.
