I recently purchased a 2015 Durango Citadel (last Saturday) and love it. However, after getting in it and driving it around, I have found that the button on the touch screen located under "Controls" that says "Headrest Fold" does not remotely lower the third row headrests. I brought it back to the dealer, hung around the dealership for 2 hours while the service department took a look at it. No fix was made at that time and they told me they had to email Chrysler about what to do next. I just got a voicemail from my salesman who said, in essence, just because my vehicle has that button doesn't mean it is equipped to do this function. I think this is BS. I test drove 2 other Citadels at other dealerships and they had the same buttons on the touch screen and it caused the headrests to fold. Does anyone have any info they can give me on this? I think the dealership is trying to find an easy out. I am not satisfied with this. I have searched the owners manual and can't find any info on this feature. Should I contact Chrysler directly? I really think this top-of-the-line model should have this feature as even the SXTs are reported to have it (and it works!) Thanks in advance

That is actually a saftey feature and included on ALL models. Dont let them lie to you. Tell them chrysler markets this as a saftey feature and is available on every trim level.
