Hey, is the A/C or heat suppose to come on when the remote start is activated?

Mine does along with cooled seats. In the winter it's heat with heated seats and heated steering wheel. Great features

Yep, make sure your comfort start thing is on, in summer AC and seats are on and on winter heat, heated seats, and wheel come on. It has to be below 40 in winter and above 80 in summer for them to automatically come on though.

Quick question where do I check/set the comfort start? (I'm in Arizona at it will be 120 degrees this coming Monday.)

It only comes on in certain conditions (hot/cold outside). If those aren't met, it won't come on.
