Very bad rattle issue fixed!! Went to dealer today to get the issue sorted, when Bass would hit there was a horrible rattle coming from back end. If anyone else has this issue here is what the problem was. Once sub box is exposed and loosened completely flip box over and check mounting brackets...there should be 3 mounting brackets on box...plastic..we added some rubber gromits between the bracket and body of the DD....the brackets were vibrating against body from bass...the rubber between the bracket and body don't allow it to touch once tightened. Hope this helps anyone who might have same issue.

Awesome job finding it and resolving!
Also awesome that the customer gets to figure out and fix things that should be done by QC folks at the manufacturer. You should get their pay for however long this took you to diagnose and resolve.

Lol...right!!! Oh well, just glad it's gone.!!! It was horrible, but have to assume alot of us should have same issue? Box and setup should be same throughout with HK system....there was a bit of sponge/tape on 1 bracket out of 3 that should have worked. Didn't take chance and put rubber gromits on every bracket...rattles gone🤗
