I just ordered my RT today. I noticed on the build sheet it has a code of priority. Though I'm curious from the time you ordered what is your time frame or how long have you waited. Thanks
You have to post a photo now!Ours arrived today and it looks glorious
Ordered March 11 delivered June 14th
Must be all related to the chip shortage. I heard the Ram 1500 digital rearview mirror was standard on higher trims but now it is an option because of the chip shortage.I have order sheets from 3 Dodge dealers and they go back to March 3. Some are in D1 but most are in D status even 4 of them from March 3.
Strange thing, not one order (39 of them) had cross path detection option, even a 52k GT Plus
I also noticed the 10.1 Nav is no longer standard with the GT Plus. When I was searching back in March, the GT+ models all had the 10.1 as standard.
In any case, no new Durango for my wife since options she requires are not on any of the 39 listings I have. And they are what one would think is common like cross path detection.
No dealer ordered any Citadels either which is the bargain for buyers but I can see why dealers want bigger margin trim levels.
Weird, I did the same thing and was told July 19th also. I ordered on May 15th. So waited 7 weeks weeks parts now another 2 weeks to even start building. And that's only an estimate. It can change.Quick update , last Friday I did the Chat with dodge . They indicated they would open a tracking number and email me an update. Later on Friday i received an email from dodge indicating I was slated for production the week of July 19th. ( ordered May 10th). On Sat , my dealer emailed and informed me I was now D1 with a build date of July 20/21. Progress. Now to see how long it will take from production to delivery to CT.
I still feel Dodge could do better when you have a confirmed sale to communicate to your customers a status of a major purchase. No telling what rebates will be available when it arrives
