I just ordered my RT today. I noticed on the build sheet it has a code of priority. Though I'm curious from the time you ordered what is your time frame or how long have you waited. Thanks

You have to contact Dodge customer service and ask for a factory order status update. They will read you one of the canned responses listed. Dodge used to allow customers to get this information via their website. But they stopped that, so now the only way to get it is to contact them and provide your VON/VIN numbers.

As I said on page 2. We ordered a 2021 SRTApril 6. Dealer called Thursday April 29 said it was delivered and getting PDI. We picked it up that afternoon after trading in our 2018 SRT. Was initially told 12 weeks. Not sure what the deal is with other orders.

The dealer said it is their fastest factory order to deliver ever. I really looked it over and found a few paint issues that they are taking care of. This is our third Durango. 2015 R/T, 2018 SRT, and 2021 SRT. So far this is the best one yet.

Hi All. First post. I ordered a Reactor Blue R/T on 4/9, built 4/21, shipped 4/22, due off the train 5/4, hoping it's at the dealer by 5/7. Heading to South Florida and I'm amazed at how quickly this was done. 5/7 will be exactly 28 days from the order date.

Technology group, leather seats, blacktop package, tow group, premium interior, 2nd row captains chairs, Pirelli tires, blind spot, and carbon fiber accents.

Congrats on your upcoming new ride. I'm looking to order an RT as well. What type of pricing were you able to obtain with the custom order? Thanks!

Just placed an order today May 3, for a Granite SRT 392. Just have Tow, Lights Out, Blind Spot/Cross Path Detection, and 2 Piece Rotor/Red Brembo packages, with the 3 season tires, so nothing too special really.

I figured I would update once the dealership takes delivery, they have been seeing approximately 6-8 weeks for placed orders. We live in Michigan about 2 hours from JNAP so no cross country waiting periods here.

Having said that, I fully expect delays due to everything going on in the world today, and don't expect the 6-8 week quote. We are taking a trip the end of June, it would be cool to do that in a new SRT, however I'm not holding my breath on that.
