Get your VON (Vehicle Order Number) from your dealer and then call Dodge Customer Support at (800) 423-6343 (your dealer should be able to look it up but the Dodge CS folks are extremely friendly and helpful). I have what I consider to be a very good dealer and they sound kinda rushed - business evidently is very good for them these days - so I just opted to call Dodge directly. It took a little over a week from when my order was placed to the VIN being assigned.How did you go about getting it?
Just finished chatting with dodge over the online chat. Really didn't get me anywhere. They were not at liberty to clarify what a ramp eta is even though another rep gave that to me because they are only supposed to refer to the current status. She also said that orders are an 8 week minimum wait. HA! Basically didn't tell me anything I didn't already know and gave me quite the run around. Didn't even touch on the estimated dates that I was given for anything. Think I like the phone support better. Could you elaborate on the jeep garage tracking service? I'm curious about it and how it has such accuracy and info about orders that we cannot access ourselves. Overall you think it is worth the price?I didn't get any e-mails at all. I would just chat with Dodge every few days. Works really well. I also had Milous over of JeepGarage track it for me which worked pretty well. I knew it was delivered before my salesman did.
Mine had a D1 of 10/21 with a forecast shipping date of 11/10. They hit that date perfectly though there weren't any intermediate updates (like framing, paint, assembly, inspection, etc.). From order to delivery to the dealer was 29 days total.
Ordered an RT with blacktop, tech, sunroof, rear captains with full console and that's about it. What about you?I ordered on 10/29, they are telling me that im not even in D1 status yet because all parts arent currently available. Maybe its an option we both ordered that is holding up progress?

Odd that we both ordered on the same day and yours isn't D1 whereas mine has been for 13 days. I am trying to get some more reliable tracking info but I will keep you updated when I hear anything about it moving along. Idk about the hemi situation. Congrats, and thank you for your service! I just picked mine up less than a week ago with the same color setup. Looks greatGot back from deployment about 6 weeks ago. Picked up my factory ordered Durango within two days of returning. I ordered through Military Auto Source in Japan and couldnt be happier with the process. Only hiccup was that I originally wanted the exterior color in Brilliant Black Crystal and it was ordered in my backup color of Granite Crystal Metallic.
