I’ve been following this thread quietly for several weeks since ordering my GT+ on 4/12. I know the plant shutdown effected builds, but is the Nav and tech items really keeping things at a stand still? Last chat with dodge chat, it was at “D” and hasn’t moved.
@DodgeCares can you look into this? I have both my vin and von.

2 Months since ordering, and a month since reopening, my order hasn’t made any progress but people who ordered after me already getting theirs built….

Anyone else noticing the Msrp on the window stickers are higher than when your orders were placed? Mines higher by almost $800.
Your dealers are honoring your day of order price, right? I looked over my build sheet and I can’t see where the additional $800 came from. All the options remained the same price from window sticker vs build sheet. Even destination is the same.

So it turns out FCA does have price protection and incentive protection as well, (this was even told to me by my salesperson. If the incentive at the time or order ended up being better that the delivery incentive, I could use that one. (Fun fact: it hasn’t changed) but found this piece on carsdirect.com….

So let’s not worry too much.


FCA’s Price Protection policy says that the buyer must sign and date a retail order detailing the agreed-upon vehicle selling price. The vehicle must be ordered new and for immediate production or selected from dealer stock orders that are not yet invoiced. Eligible brands include Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Jeep, RAM, and others.
After production, the vehicle will be delivered to the dealership. From there, the vehicle must be delivered within 14 days to the original customer. While a deposit isn't required, the manufacturer does recommend it so be prepared for the dealer to ask for one. You may decline if you so choose.
Incentive Protection is also an option with FCA retail orders. FCA allows the customer to choose between the expired incentive or the current one, in case it’s more favorable. A deposit is also not required.

Well well well my Durango has been built (woo hoo) and from In Production to Vehicle Built took 3 days. but now the delivery date is TBD and was 7-26 yesterday morning. It does have a link for the Window Sticker but I keep getting "Sorry, a Window Sticker is unavailable for this VIN" Guess in a couple days it should be there.
I know it will show up while I'm on a business trip to NJ...

same happened to me, was set for 7/23, now TBD, maybe updating to a closer eta? My window sticker didn’t become available until about 12 hours after the window sticker link showed up.

Got an email from my dealer, it’ll actually be arriving at the railyard 90 minutes south of my dealer on Monday. Might even beat the 7/21 date.
