The. Bus circuit(s) are the circuits that are sent to sensors like MAF. In a 2000 Durango 5.9L a signal even goes to the transmission. Example I had my transmission rebuilt by Aamco. They did rebuild my tranny but they also opened up a can of worms. Driving to WLA my Durango went into limp mode goes forward only in third gear. My harness fried Aamco said even tho they may have misplaced or rerouted the harness it was going cost 375 to fix the harness. Meanwhile my car will not start. To this day because the DLC does not function No Bus. They won’t help. Before it was no bus there was a short in the transmission after they “fixed it” but they didn’t because it’s back. Or they’re Baaack. An electrician said something that made sense. Just because it says no bus doesn’t mean there is no 5 volt dc it means the 5 Volts is not getting to module it needs to.
