The fuel pressure is good had that checked already by a friend of mine. Also had a buddy check continuity from the harness. I think it was pin 32 in the orange harness that sends to the CPS and the continuity was there..

is fuel VOLUME also good? This screams of a fuel delivery issue, be it a plugged filter or dirty or failing MAF, or pump.

Get a scan tool on it & watch live data while doing a full throttle run in 1st gear (no need to go 100 mph - just load the engine). What is MAF grams per second at idle, & at full throttle? And what are the o2's reading at full throttle?

Sounds like a dumb question, but is air filter clean?

Update. Problem fixed. It was a short in the 5 volt supply leading to the throttle body. Got it fixed now I'm back on the road.

A shorted 5v ref circuit can leave you walking with a no crank, no start, among thousands of other symptom combinations. The joys of modern automobiles! Glad it was an easy fix. (y)
