Picked up my new durango rt and have a quick question. Is it normal for it to feel sluggish and the transmission to seem unsure during the break in period?

Welcome! And no, sluggish isn’t a RT trait

The transmission adapts to your driving style. If you're breaking it in, follow the manual's recommended driving style (if you want) and the vehicle will tend to drive conservatively.
Post break in, try mid grade fuel and Sport Mode.

JMO I would follow the break-in but that is just me. We got 331 miles of our break-in out of the way with our 7-hour drive home from the dealership. Our DDSRT runs like a raped ape now.

Yep...following the break in. The 55 mph thing is next to impossible to follow where I live. 65 is close enough lol.
