Not really sure what to say in here, but I'll try. Last Sunday (January 12, 2014) I bought a 2003 black Dodge Durango SLT 4.7.

It's black with dark leather interior, good condition, towing package, and has 137k miles and a clean Carfax. I got it for a great deal at $2,450. Now, there are three engine codes (P0300, P0301, and P0456), but I guess that's discussion for another forum.

I'll try and post some pics later, and look forward to hearing from you. Any tips or questions will all go answered.

Welcome aboard! '03s are nice rigs.

P0300 and P0301 are misfire codes, may need a tune-up.
P0456 is evap small leak, might be a loose/bad gas cap, or a cracked emissions hose somewhere.

Yeah, hopefully the codes are nothing too serious, as they seem common. I'm going to get a tune up next week. Anyway, I just took a pic. Here it is:

PS: It is amazing in the snow. Much, much better than the 1997 Expedition I had years ago!

Well I did it again. I traded in a very nice lifted 2019 Nissan Frontier done up superbly on a vehicle out of my realm. We now have a 2018 Durango GT AWD 3.6L loaded to the nines. I`m a quick learner and hope to interact with yall and learn about this ride. What I meant by, I did it again, is taking the time and resources building a nice rig, driving it on and off road and towing for a few years and Bam, something else fills the need... life changes... looking forward to knowing this vehicle inside and out. Already researching the Start/stop function chaos, and low battery warning right off the dealers lot... I`m pretty sure this baby was sitting for a while... ttys Pale Rider
