I took it to another dealership on Tuesday.. they had it for 2 days and did not even pull up the carpet to look. The Service Manager told me that "Dodge wont let them
open things up unless they can replicate the sound. I took it home and 24 hours later it is still rolling around. I received an email from Dodge informing me that the dealing informed then that the issue has been resolved.

I am beyond aggravated. I think the only option I have is to pay a mechanic to do the work.
This is why so many people refuse to purchase a domestic vehicle. I never thought I would think that way.

Any suggestions ??
I know you're mad about this but unfortunately this isn't just a domestic problem. I can promise you that. I've got a good many friends having hard dealing with Nissan and Toyota at the moment.

Escalation to the corporate level is the next step. And another step I would start doing, and I'm serious, is post your complain on the Dodge FB page. I would almost bet it will get attention. Show you're irritable in the posts, but don't rant like a lunatic. Lay out the full problem and the dealings you've had so far. I've seen more people getting motion on issues getting corporate attention in the social media realm.
