I called mike after paying for my headers to get the tracking number so I could get an idea when they might arrive, and on friday the 29th of june they were sitting in sacramento at the distrubution center. I figured with the weekend, they'd be to me around the 2nd or 3rd.
Today is the 5th, and I still haven't seen them, so I ran the tracking # again on UPS' website and it shows them being delivered on the 2nd, at 530pm!! "left at the front door".
I'm thinking someone has a new set of bad ass headers at a five finger discount. I was just leaving for work as I checked the status of my delivery so I haven't yet had the chance to call anyone. I work nights as a dispatcher, and leave my house around 430pm daily, which is probably why they got lifted. (sitting on the front porch all night)
At this point, what protocol should I follow? Is there insurance on the shipping? or am I just screwed! :wall: :furious: I can't believe ups would just leave something of substantial value sitting outside for anyone walking by to take. They should have left a notice on my door telling me where I could pick up my package/ redelivering next day, something!! Ron
