Sunday. I went to the "U Hose it Off" and gave my D a thorough undercarriage bath with the hi-pressure hose.

Monday. I called Chris at Performance Depot to find where my leaf springs were. He e-mailed and then phoned Trailmaster (they drop ship directly from the factory.) He told me that they were out of stock on the R1536 and that they'd be shipping on Tuesday.

Tuesday. I took my D to the car wash and got a deluxe car wash with undercarriage bath. I called Chris at Performance Depot again and he gave me the FedEx tracking number for the springs. They should be here on Friday. Then I crawled under my truck and sprayed the U-bolts in the rear and the torison bolts in the front with Liquid Wrench.

According to FedEx, the tracking number still hasn't hit their system. I'll keep on top of this. I'm really looking forward to this Saturday!!

Steve? everything should be clean and easy to wrench come Saturday. I'm planning on hitting the bolts with a second coating of Liquid Wrench on Thursday or Friday.

 

I can't wait! Only 4 more days. There's still room for more. The fun starts Saturday at 1. Come one, come all. Drop me a note if you need directions.
