Wife and I are looking for a durango. I found an excellent deal quite a distance from me but worth the trip if things check out ok. The vehicle is certified with reasonably low miles for a 2014. Looking through the carfax I see that the previous owner had some issues with the engine and Trans computers requiring a refresh then a replacement 8k later, only to be traded in another 8k later. The vehicle has been sitting on the lot for 4 months. The ecm issues and the duration on the lot have me spooked. Vehicle supposedly runs and drives like new, should I risk the trip (short flight, long drive)?
