Mine does it also, Usually when the brake peddle is pushed. My guess is that its shifting to a different clutch pack. Unfortunately with other shifting issues that I'm having braking and poorly timed down shifts the dealers attitude is no code nothing wrong. And thats why i have the lifetime warranty.
 
This is how I remember having problems. Not saying that you will go through the same thing. I did have this issue. Then it started in higher gears. Then even when shifting to revers...CLUNK sound. Then the transmission just completely blew one day.
 
It just sounds like the clutch packs and whatever other magical sorcery that happens in an automatic transmission doing its thing. My 545rfe friggin clunks into gear going from park to drive or reverse loudly if you'd like to hear a video of that... I think it does it doing a 1-2 shift also like yours.
