New to all of this, so excuse me if this is not the place for it I’m not sure. I recently put 20 inch SRT rims on my 2014 Durango RT. I have been having issues with my steering wheel shaking at high-speed‘s I even had the tires balanced at my friends shop. Any idea what I can do about it thanks in advance

Get the wheels road force balanced on a Hunter Road Force Elite balancer by someone who knows what they are doing.

I had a set of front wheels on my Hellcat with a similar shake at higher speeds. I had them balanced a few times.
Finally I took it to a shop with the Hunter road Force Elite and had them road force balanced. Shake was gone.

Switch the front wheels with the back one at a time to not only see which front tire is bad, but to make sure they all aren't screwed up.
