Issue after battery replacement

Last night we took the car (2017 Gt) to advance auto parts and they replaced the main battery.
As we he did the battery warning light came on and all unholy hell broke lose with every warning light coming on and basically got turn engine is going to shut off message.

they worked on it for 5 hours but my gut is telling me they wired something wrong causing the issue.

car is with them at the moment
Any ideas before I call them

* just spoke to dodge and They said the only way that can happen is if the battery has been put in backwards or the terminals have been crossed****

There seems to be replacement batteries where the terminals are opposite of the OEM battery.
I have seen this issue posted before.

I urge people to remember, autozone, advance auto, pep boys, Etc, are not mechanics. They are parts salesman. I hope they treat you well and you get your rig properly fixed!

Sorry but I wouldn't trust anyone from those stores to even replace the wipers on my car!

Sorry to hear your tale of woe. It does sound like the terminals were reversed, or some was shorted to ground when it should not have been. Hopefully, AA steps up and takes care of it. They have insurance for these sorts of things.
