I have 136K same drum, change the shoes back around 100K just for the hell of it.

I have an '02, is it possible to pull rear calipers & disks with pads from a junked '03 and retrofit? Or do I need a new axle or something? I already need to go to a junkyard for cruise cable that I busted. Its currently being held on with JB Weld.

Also need a rear door thanks to the wifey running into a hydrant.

You need to find a whole rear end that's setup for Disk, their maybe kits available for retro, search here, I've seen allot of post about this from past.

I have 4 w ABS, if it was working, I'd see more brake jobs. I only adjust the back brakes when I put the new shoes on for the hell of it, I noticed better braking immediately, but soon faded away, I'd get under and do the manual adjustment but too lazy for now.
