Seems the drive mode goes back to auto as soon as you turn off the key and restart the car...How can I get another drive mode to stay active if I restart the car in the DDHC?

I don't think it saves your last mode..I don't think you can change the default settings.I just manually select or tap the SRT button for my saved custom mode.
so it reverts to "auto mode" and not possible to stay in any other mode when you turn off the car even though I allow default settings for each mode...I guess would require re-programming that OBD?
Thanks so much...I wish they still had the manuals like my friend with a 2019 Charger Scat Pack has..you really have to "fish around"with the settings to figure how to do many things now..
Thanks
I seriously doubt "ECO" mode is going to save us any substantial amount of money. You bought this truck for the 710hp. We're not going to drive it hard all the time but trying to squeeze a few extra MPGs is going to be a waste of time, IMO.
Now, having said that, I was pleasantly surprised to see my MPGs jump up (a few tenths...lol) after installing a drop-in K&N. I was consistently in the 10s but I have not dropped under 11 since adding the filter. Route and driving habits have not changed.
lol. probably the wrong vehicle to own if gas prices matter (or insurance) to someone's financial survival. (rbob can squeeze another 40/c easy if they want it)
well I have looked at the settings but do not see a way to restart the car and have any mode active but the auto mode...I can see you can adjust things but cannot find a way to restart the car and have any mode other than auto remain active...must be a default you cannot change
