Unfortunately times are tough and we need everyone to chip in $20 per D (2 peeps) for the large tent.
We were going to abandon the idea of a club tent, but it provides the best and safest coverage for us and the fee includes the tent plus water on ice.
Please also bring along 1 or more grilling food item so we'll have plenty of food (you'll save more than your investment and eat better than show food.) Add your name to list below along with items you're bringing.

I pre-registered a while back, but still haven't seen my pass. Has everyone else received theirs?

 

Check your mail in the next few days. I got something in the mail I "assumed" was my pass so I tucked it away in a safe place. Went to get the mail yesterday and had another letter from them with my pass in it?? Turns out the first one was a receipt for my online order because their email to me didn't work.

My guess is they went out Thursday and everyone should have them in the next 3-4 days (mail from Carlisle only takes 1 day for me to get since I'm so close.)

 

I'll be heading over to the Chicopee Provision factory store with my Dad before heading down to Carlisle where I'll grab a few Partyka Kielbasas, some horseradish, and maybe some hot dogs. If anybody has any special requests, click the 'order online' link to get to get it and then let me know and I'll pick it up for ya while I'm there.

As I think about you guys and gals from my desk in Pittsburgh and on my way to California I wish you all the best. I'd recommend locals get the ice so it has less time to melt. They should probably have extra bags at the food court near the admission gate; $3 or $4 a bag I believe.

Thanks Jeremy, but I have to work that weekend and the only day I can get off is Sunday. I'll try again next year, even if I have to rent a Dodge product. If it makes you feel better, I missed the Ford Nationals with my Escape due to my nephew's graduation and then missed it due to rain and limited indoor ceremony seating!

One bottle of ketchup and mustard should be fine, otherwise it'll get wasted! LOL

 

I figured one would be plenty, heck one would probably serve my family the rest of the year!

BTW tom, I'm a little bummed. The test scheduled in July for my ham ticket got canceled and my next chance isn't til October!!
