It's finally time to get my heater core replaced and I recall people discussing replacing the blower motor or something like that while the whole dash is out. What else should I do while the dash is apart? Any suggestions appreciated. Thx

Mostly as a preventative type of thing so the dash doesn't have to come back out again any time soon, you should replace the A/C evaporator coil while doing this. This would also be a great time to check the condition of all the vacuum lines going to the A/C control devices and replace any questionable ones.
