New to Forum,
with a question I don't see mentioned on here pertaining to my 2014 Durango Citadel, and was wondering if I'm the only one to notice.
I seem to experience what I'd describe as a "groaning" noise frequently heard upon start up. It seems like it originates from possibly the right rear undercarriage. The car is garaged, but does appear more pronounced in cooler weather. Being a 2nd vehicle, it still has low mileage (under 15,000 miles) as yet, but I've noticed since new. It's the 5.7 Hemi w/dual exhaust, and the noise ends when vehicle is warmed up, in approximately 1/2 to 1 minute. The dealer says it comes from the catalytic converter, and is normal. Just curious if this sounds plausible to those Durango owners here on the Forum.
Thx,
