Wondering what the typical wait time from order to delivery is. Anyone have any experience? Dealer is saying 8 weeks, my current lease is literally done in exactly 8 weeks...so I'm hoping it's a little quicker.
Every time I called customer service I always got the same info i.e. D1 waiting for parts. The jeep guys check tracking several times a day and update it. It saves you from calling every so often to get an update so in that aspect it saves you time. I'll get the build sheet from them as well so for $30 it was worth it to me.Is the information from the Jeep Garage more accurate than contacting costumer service? From other posts it seems you can get a really comprehensive breakdown with a Level IV membership, but I'm wondering if that actual status is more reliable than costumer service would be. Thanks.
Thanks
Thanks for that info. I've been using the chat function online to make it easier and they've been telling me D1 as well since I ordered on the 1st of April--I think I'll give the Jeep forum a shot. 4/1 is when the factory received the order. My dealer dropped the ball on a deal we had in place for a dealer transfer. They in return asked their Chrysler rep to expedite the build.Awesome, Congrats!!! When did you order?

Awesome, congrats.Arrived at the dealership yesterday. Waiting for them to install the tow package, tint the side windows and add some fender stripes. I'm hoping to take delivery on Saturday.

Sorry to hear this! I'm surprised they didn't call you and cave though!Well back in line for me. Walked away after dealer failed to order the tow package from the factory, did a dealer install and still wanted to charge me the full amount. Walked away. Now I am going to their biggest competitor and seeing about a dealer transfer or ordering a new one. At any rate this owning a Durango is becoming a bit of a process. At least I know the time frame now.

At this point they've made the whole buying experience an absolute hassle and emotional roller coaster that the wife doesn't even want a Durango any more. I am hoping it's just a knee jerk reaction but only time will tell. Funny thing is we breach contract they hold our feet to the fire. They breach it or fail to deliver its no big deal.Sorry to hear this! I'm surprised they didn't call you and cave though!
I bet you still get yours before me if you re-order!

Wow...that's terrible!! That's rough to wait that long and have to start over (which is probably what they were banking on in not caving).
