Today we saw Bears, Deer and a FOX as well as as trip to the Aquarium.

Many thanks to Bill Conway, Dwayne and Steve for setting this up. A good time was had by all and, as mentioned, it was nice to see new faces and used, er, make that old faces.

Many thanks also to Mike for renting a charger to make me not feel too out of place :lol: It was so great meeting all of you and your family. Thanks to those that set this up, and thanks to those that made the time to get here. Without 30+ people, it just wouldn't be the same. It has been wonderful and a great thing meeting some of the DOC folks for the first time. Even my wife is having a good time :!:

Just got back, left at 10 20 this morning, got back at 4 20. Lots of traffic in Pigeon forge and snow up in the mountains. Great planning Bill, everything went off without a hitch!

Patrick and Sara, glad to see you made it back ok! We just got back a half hour ago. We left right after 10am and stopped for an hour for a late lunch with my parents. The traffic leaving pigeon forge towards I-40 was awful, and there were a couple accidents. Snowed hard on us the last 3-4 hours with a couple inches accumulation in an hour at Princeton, WV.

 

Jeez, we just had a light flurry for about an hour if that, then heavy wind and light rain. How did the charger do in the snow??
