Do the 4.7 Engine have a block heater for them just curious as I couldn't see it and it was to cold to keep looking any pics would help also. TIA

The heater was optional. If you go over to Dodgetalk.com, there was a diagram posted a day or two ago where the plug would be. (the network I'm on right now wouldn't allow the site or I'd post the link)

As Neil said it was an available kit. It involved removing one of the Freeze out plugs and replacing it witha heating element'
