Hey everyone,

I’ve got a 2015 Durango with the 3.0L EcoDiesel and I’ve been considering an EGR delete kit. I’ve heard it can improve engine longevity and performance, but I’m also aware of the risks—especially with emissions regulations and potential check engine lights.

Has anyone here actually done an EGR delete on their EcoDiesel Durango? Did you notice better MPG or drivability?

Any issues with CELs, inspections, or tuning afterward? I’m trying to get some real-world input from Durango owners before deciding.

Appreciate any insights, especially if you’ve done it yourself or know someone who has.

Was that a EU-only engine? The eco diesel has been referred to by Dodge before, such as in the fuse box labeling.
