Hello everyone, just wondering what has everyone done and what was the best bang for the buck when it comes to performance upgrades? I'm currently thinking about ordering a legmaker cai but wanted to do a few things other then the cai... pulleys, headers, ect? Don't want to do the exhaust yet because I'm satisfied with the sound as is and don't want it much louder.. Any input would be appreciated!

If you're still under warranty, I don't think you'll want to do a pulley/tune.
Unless they come out with a Stage kit thru a Power Broker. They have them for the Charger/Challenger but not the Durango last time I checked.

I swear Dodge must have given all Durango programming and tuning to their reject divisions.
Dodge hates Durango owners, no doubt and they look at us as a red headed step child and likes to bitch slap us with broken software and lack of simple things such as mudflaps. WTF car maker does not have mud flaps for their vehicles, DODGE that's who.

Now back to the OP, don't mess with your rig unless you plan on racing it and need more horsepower and you don't care for your warranty

You don't like 700HP? Go buy a dragster.

Is your DDHC still under warranty? If so I would not lay a finger on the powertrain. Depending on where you live if you want to throw your warranty in the trash can (your decision) then someone can recommend a shop close to you that can do the pully swaps and tune work. a CAI will get you ZERO HP gain.

Yep. As long as the spoiler doesn't fall off the tailgate, I'm good.

Well I understand wanting more HP....heck, if I had one and ran into another Hellcat D I sure as heck would want to be able to walk him on a run...just so he'd go back to his dealer and complain there is something wrong with his.

So you can easily get another 100hp with pulley/injectors/tune.
I'd search Hellcat forums for shops that support....there are plenty out there.

I swear this company has contempt for Durango Owners… I was treated better and had fewer issues with my Challenger but the Durango experience has been hot garbage.

To be honest with you, I intend to install a catch-can on my forthcoming SRT 392 Durango and leave it at that. These cars don't have the aftermarket support that Challengers and Chargers do, so the few bolt-ons that are out there really won't give you much bang for the buck. Sure, you could add a Legmaker, a Fastman ported throttle body, a 180º t-stat, an exhaust and a customized Diablo tune to dial them in, but do you know what you're gonna gain? About 25 horsepower. Not even noticeable on a 700+ bhp car, and your bill of sale will be around $4500. Seriously not worth it. And forget about headers. The factory units are excellent, and to replace them is a horrendous PITA.

Just my two cents from having done all those mods on my Grand Cherokee

I believe it still has some warranty on it.. Not really concerned about warranty anyways.. I work with the dealers in the area..
