on the 15 you will need to install the 2014 PCM and then you can tune with a diablo
STEVE
In talking with Diablo they will actually order you a new 2015 PCM that is flashed with your VIN and has been modified by Diablo. They can modify your existing one for $200 but because this is a physical mod that requires them to open the PCM it will void the warranty.

Just an update. Some of the sound I originally complained about is still there, but barely and we are used to it now. It does help having eco mode off. We are only getting about 1 mpg less with the eco off so it really makes no difference. We just came back from a mini vacay down the beach and it was a very pleasant drive. The Corsa has such an amazing sound when you open it up but is so quiet when you are just cruising along. We had friends stay at our house with us and they all loved the D and the Corsa. We did all the driving the whole time (3 rows are awesome). Soo it took some time but overall now I am very happy with my Corsa purchase and am glad we stuck it out.

That's good to hear. I can't imagine the D without the Corsa now and with an intake it's just so much better. It will get sweeter sounding the longer you have it.

So they officially support the D? They should really mention that on their website...

Get a Spare DiabloSport Modified PCM for tuning

We can provide you all the necessary equipment (PCM and Tuner) that allows you to install a tune on your vehicle. Here is how it works:

Provide us with your car’s VIN and Odometer mileage using this order form and we will send out an Diablo Modified PCM and any tuning devices you need to tune the vehicle. You will replace the car’s stock PCM with the Diablo modified PCM through a simple process that should only take about twenty minutes. Once you have replaced the factory PCM, you can install a tune with your DiabloSport tuner and you are ready to go! If you need to go to the dealership for service work, re-install your original PCM and the dealer will not be able to tell that you have done any modifications.

Send your PCM to DiabloSport To Unlock it:

There is also an option to send your truck’s current PCM into DiabloSport for us to reprogram it for $200. While this option costs less, there are some important things to note about modifying your existing PCM. The first and most important is that sending your factory PCM in for the unlock service could take between 3-5 business days. Additionally, if you unlock your factory PCM and do not have a spare, you may have issues at the dealership if they need to reflash for any reason. We always advise that you use the option for an additional modified PCM so you have more options. If you’d like to send your PCM in for unlock service, click this link.

They've had that on their site for a while, but they still don't officially support the Durango.

Ok so now that I'm actually reading their words it brings to my mind a question about something that they are actually pointing out themselves. Lets say for some reason the dealer does need to flash your PCM for some pertinent reason, so we're going to put our stock PCM back in, they flash it, and then we put our modified PCM back in. Then how did they're reflash do any good if we just pulled the PCM right back out? How do we get whatever they needed to put in our PCM into our modified one? To me it just looks like they may have just pointed out a fatal flaw in they're own product.

So my first attempt at an exhaust mod that fits my wife's approved budget failed. They replaced the tips and deleted the suitcase and while at idle and mild throttle it sounds great there is a horrible rattle when I punch it. Going back to add mufflers inline. Kinda wishing I told her to suck it up and do what I wanted in the first place.

Good luck!!!

It sounds great under mild acceleration, thinking that some magnaflows will hook me up. I can always go corsa after the Holidays if I am still not 100% happy.

So I took it back to the shop and they added some shorty turbo tubes and all is well in the world. This is not a huge change at idle but deeper tone during acceleration and it did eliminate the rasp and so far no Hemi fart or drone. When I get on it heads turn so for now I will enjoy. Cost me more than it should have due to taking 2 trips to the shop. Should give me a couple of ponies but nothing measurable. My butt dyno says its faster.

If you are looking for a strictly sound change and are on a budget I would go Gibson. I have had a few people tell me the Corsa was louder than they wanted and my wife was very clear on how she felt about dumping $1300+ into the exhaust so for a $350 out the door mod this will work for now. I will try to get a sound clip later but it is raining right now.

I also have enough left over for the BlackOps strut brace!!!!!!

Sounds good. Personally I love the Hemi fart when I am using the paddle shifters. I think it sounds badass when you get the RPM's high and stretch those gears out. With the Corsa though its more of a Hemi roar than a fart.

I may not have pushed it far enough to get the fart but so far I can live with this for a few months then I can decide if I want to pull the trigger on something else.

Sounds good. It's real deep. Are the mufflers fiberglass packed? Why the flat black hitch cover?

Not glasspacks, They are called Turbo Tube mufflers. A couple of baffles to calm it a bit. That is the cover that the dealer supplied when they added the hitch. Need to order a smooth one and have it paint matched. Think I will order that now.
