just a quick question about the actual name of my D! its a very deep red and looks like a red wine almost! anyone know the real name of this colour? thanks

I believe that's CHILE PEPPER RED it's one of the longest lasting colors ever made for the D.

Probably Dark Garnet Red - it's a deeper/darker Red than Chile Pepper Red.

My 2001 D is Dark Garnet Red. (It's a deep wine color some might call maroon.)

Chile Pepper red went away when Garnet came out. I like the Garnet better.
