NEW CCI CALIPER COVERS INSTALLED. SEE POST 5 BELOW.

And let me know what you think of the color combination with my Octane Red D.

Look what Fed Ex delivered today. I plan to get them installed this weekend.

If i went as far as to get new srt wheels and tires i would just go to the dealer and spend the $1700 on Brembo calipers and get aftermarket pads and rotors. Why waste money on covers? I mean you have super nice $50k trucks. What’s another $3k to make it perfect?

Caliper covers are sketchy. They fall off and aren’t cheap.

I recall Ronnie telling me that the GT style was being made by someone else and he was having a hard time getting them and controlling the quality so he came out with the X Line which they make in house.

So I’m confused, do they fit on an rt without the need for spacers and without a problem?

No, the CCI X Line caliper covers won't fit if you have OEM R/T wheels without spacers. However, like Badmood stated we both have OEM SRT Trackhawk wheels on our Durangos, so they fit with no issues. They should fit with any of the OEM SRT Jeep/Durango wheels or the Tow N Go wheels.

Installed the new X Line caliper covers today. The X Line covers are much more substantial than the original CCI caliper covers. They also have mounting tabs that help secure them in place in addition to magnets.

Thanks. They do fit better and look more realistic than the original CCI caliper covers that I have had for the last almost two years.

Thanks. The X Line covers are definitely an improvement over the original version, both in terms of quality and the way they mount.

Well lost front cover. Had the gt version so obviously there must have been issues. I found these on Amazon look like might work great.

My advice would be to save your money and buy the real deal. Caliper covers are junk. Do you really think it’s cool to pretend you have brembos?
