Did a diagnosis for fuel pump throwing codes, such as misfire, etc. cranks over but doesn’t start verified relay is good and jumped out fuse from positive DC side going to fuel pump still no fuel believe it’s the fuel pump but is there anything else that would cause this car won’t even try to remote start feel like it’s Preventing itself from starting

Confirm it by pressing start without pressing the brake for a few seconds and then press start and the brake. If it then starts it's the fuel pump which you had just primed. If it doesn't work then it's probably a bad pump, bad harness connection to the pump, bad harness connection midway from the pump to the fusebox or, if you have an earlier model (which you left out all pertinent details about your car), it could be the fuel pump relay.
