Billet Catch Can Kit for your 2011-2014 Dodge Durango 5.7L , 2011-2014 Jeep Cherokee 5.7L & 6.4L. Developed to eliminate oil from entering your intake by engine blow-by, which channels oil and trash into your direct air stream from the valve train. This is a common problem on both brand new performance and especially older engines, which just suffer more from blow by due to wear and tear.

The most common problem is making your car emit light blueish white smoke upon start up or even during normal driving. The throttle body handles your main air stream and has a breather tube running from the crankcase to the throttle body. The vacuum from the incoming airstream and positive pressure in the crankcase combine to get oil in the air tract.

Every car and vehicle is set up this way to help eliminate the pressure build-up in the bottom end of your engine enabling the piston to move up and down with less resistance.

These catch cans feature a containment system and separator that force all the debris to get captured and contained in the filter while still allowing airflow thus maintaining full function of the breather system.

Another key problem caused by oil in the intake is that it reduces the octane of your fuel and causes detonation especially in turbo, supercharger and nitrous applications.

The UPR Oil Catch Can features a three chamber design CNC machined from 6061 Billet Aluminum unlike some of our competitors models that are single chamber tanks that don't properly trap the oil or debris.

Installs in 20-30 minutes or less.

Made in the USA!

These Catch Cans are available in Satin, Polished, or Black Finish, and come with all hardware and hoses needed to install. Hose barbs are available in Black or Nickel Finishes. The can has a mount designed specifically to work with the Durango.

The can can be emptied by unscrewing the bottom, or by adding an optional drain valve to the bottom of the can.
Unlike some of our competitors there are no long lead times for our Billet products, we keep them readily on hand here in our South Florida warehouse/showroom for immediate shipping.

Wifey had other ideas for Saturday (had to build her a couple screen-top, chili pepper, drying tables--PITA). So catch can install was delayed till today.

Easy install... maybe half an hour.

I know, I know... my engine compartment isn't the cleanest. I could have at least wiped off my fuse box cover and engine cowl. :(

Nice pics, but why does the catch can say Billet Technologies? I thought speedlogix is selling a UPR brand catch can...

Because I bought mine from Billet Technologies, not Speedlogix. I never actually said where I got it from, just that it arrived and I was installing. :)

Thanks for the clarification... I'm looking to pick one up so it's nice to have options and see one actually installed.

I have noticed that some folks install the catch can with the hoses vertical at the catch can. Others have the hoses horizontal. Does it make any difference in how it functions?

No difference in function, routing the hoses in from below seems to be a bit easier of an install for the durango
