AWE Coming out with a new Exhaust System for the DDSRT and DDHC

Anyone who follows the Hellcat stuff knows about AWE exhaust. HHP Racing was one of the first Performance shops to offer the AWE exhaust system. They are very high-quality products. AWE has a teaser sound clip on its site.

Since AWE has it posted on their site, I wont be saying anything that is not already out there. They are developing a system for the SRT/Hellcat Durangos. They used my truck for the SRT system development. I picked my truck up today with the Touring system installed, and all I can say is that it sounds amazing. No drone at highway speeds, but major sound when on full throttle. The system is 3" stainless all the way back. Incredible quality throughtout . They are hoping to launch it the beginning of March.

Currently waiting the build of a '23 SRT. Anyone know the exact AWE configuration, inclusion of an X-Pipe in particular? Dual mode "active exhaust" etc. Thanks

3" stainless pipe all the way back. H pipe crossover/equilization. No active exhaust. Will be available in Touring which includes rear "mufflers" to cut the drone at highway cruising speeds, or Track which has no rear mufflers. Both systems have the same tone/sound level at WOT. They will be offering conversion kits so you could go from one system to the other without replacing everything, just the axle back portion....

Thanks SALEEN032. Apologies, I should have clarified my question. I'm attempting to verify what configuration will or is likely to come factory installed. Also curious if anyone has looked under their '23 392. Thanks

I have been under a 23 TNG at my local dealer. It is the same exhaust as my 392. I can't speak for the Hellcat.
Thanks, I'm curious if you noticed an X pipe and/or active exhaust valves or any additional configuration details. I'm attempting to find a '23 TNG in my area (north Florida) to crawl under as well. Thanks again.
TNG doesn't have active exhaust. It has been proven. They also don't have an X or H pipe as the TNG uses the stock SRT exhaust with mid suitcase muffler and dual SRT resonators at the back.

SRT has the same exhaust...
I talked to my contact at AWE last week about the DDSRT/DDHC exhaust system. He told me they are having supply chain issue with materials, but is hoping to have the exhaust out very soon. I can promise it will be worth the wait.
Yep, I just checked the Website and still no add to the product line.
I got to hear a cold start on a 21 HC with the borla atak and boy it is louder than stok..MY first impression was too much, but it is still good sounding, the 40 yo me would get it..

You should hear the AWE on a Jeep Hellcat, it is pretty amazing...
I'm torn between the Touring and Track. The track seems to have a deeper tone which is what I'm looking for. But I worry about a lot of drone.

Man, I've love to hear it. All I know is I ADORE the OE SRT exhaust on our TNG, and it's hard for me to imagine a sweeter tone. But I'd still love to hear what they got.

The Touring system is just about as loud as the Track at WOT, but without the cruising drone. They system is modular, so you could always get the conversion kit to make the Touring into a Track system. It only takes about 15 mins to do.....
