I was cleaning the cup holders and noticed this. Looks like a cap or something underneath.

Anyone know what it is?

I thought that is maybe how the cup holder attaches to the center console but does not appear to be. Although it does look like a hole to access a different bolt/screw.

Although, owners manual mentions heated/cooled cup holders?!
