Yes and I did a FULL System Upgrade - It was Mandatory. That Crappy Beats system was Absolutely Unbearable!!!!

JL C3 6.5 Rear
JL C2 6x9 Front
2 JL 12W3 Sealed Enclosure Rear
PAC AUDIO 5v Interface AP4-CH41 - https://pac-audio.com/catalog/amppro-amplifier-interfaces/ap4-ch41
JL XD 400/4 Mids, Highs
JL HD 750/1 Subs
JL Bass Knob

I used the JL FIX82 in the Beginning, sounded terrible. The digital output from the Beats System is just a dirty signal.

I also used a AudioControl LC7i 6-Channel Line Output Converter with Bass Restoration and that also sounded like crap. Again the tuning is just not right with the Beats system.

I have a JL Audio tuner as well that was used with both of these installations and the PAC AP4-CH41 did the best job

The only speaker I did not amp was the center channel. That Center Channel Speaker needs to stay with the beats system for use of the BT PHONE (You will lose it otherwise.)

If you just want to add subs just use the PAC AUDIO 5v Interface AP4-CH41 - https://pac-audio.com/catalog/amppro-amplifier-interfaces/ap4-ch41 its a 5V signal and works perfectly

I will second the Amp Pro, have not gotten it yet myself though. Did upgrade the front doors with the same C2 6x9s, and the center with the C2 3.5" (from my RAM), and after fixing the polarity mismatch on the center I cannot hear really anything from it. I also get all my BT phone sound from the doors. /shrug

This will only be helpful for anyone considering buying a new SRT, but I'm happy with the optional HK sound system with subwoofer (a $995 option) that I chose on my 2019 SRT. I think it sounds better than the sound systems in my wife's BMW or in my 911.

It’s a 2ohm dual voice coil 8”

You can replace the drive with another like I have done in my 2018 DDSRT and 2014 DDRT. It’s add a little more output but enhances the quality of the sound. If you go to crutchfield and put in you vehicle you’ll see the driver options for the subwoofer. They include the wiring harness for inside the enclosure so you don’t have to cut anything. The pioneer is what I went with as it’s more sensitive then the others but also had a close sealed box requirement to what the factory enclosure is. If you buy the speaker make sure to have them price match with amazon as it will save you $75
