Looking to find out how to obtain radio code as I purchased a new radio off eBay. Not sure of these online unlock websites. Thanks in advance.

Call the parts dept of your local Dodge dealership. They will need the VIN of the vehicle the radio came from and the serial number on the back of the radio.
