So been driving around a month plus with the intake partially disconnected. I had it into the dealer last month and they found “nothing”. It was very loud above 3-4K rpm. Was fueling up and decided to look for a second time under the hood, pulled the oil fill cover and there it was! Fixed it on the spot. (Always carry basic tools I’m in the fire alar, biz) Just sent the dealer an email on what I found and repaired. Looks like it pulled loose when they changed the oil. I am at 19k so I’m in for an oil change every 2 months...putting on miles quick!

FCA Dealers suck because they don't fire the idiots who do or can't find stuff like this.
If your DD was a Honda or Toyota this would not happen. ANY quality tech would have found that issue in 5 minutes after hearing it.
I am happy that the dealers I bought my Mopar's from I know the GMs but would never ever call upon them unless their teams were stupid working on my car.
Go visit the GM (not the service manager) and explain how their service department failed and caused excessive dirt into your engine for over a month. Ask him/her/they what kind of assurance are you going to be given this does not happen again. Then file a complaint with Dodge,

Update- I talked to the service manager and he apologized several times. He was going to talk the tech about it. I will talk to the GM when I go in for another oil change. They really dropped the ball on this one. They have been providing pretty good service.
