I am in PA north of Philly. A lot of this is over my head being new to the Dodge scene, but I confirmed my PCM has the same vin as my car, so it isn’t a replacement.
I bought the car in early January and just didn’t realize the issue until shortly after. The dealer does seem intent on fixing or reversing the purchase if it can’t be fixed.
I have an appointment with a dodge dealer on Wednesday that will hopefully resolve this. I’ll update following.
Just to play Devils advocate here, even if the PCM was replaced, it still would have the correct VIN programmed into it, or else the truck would not run. Now if the sticker has the VIN on it, that may help, but even original PCM's can be sent in to be "unlocked" so a tune can be added......

FWIW if this is in fact a Dodge screw up caused by flashing the IPC for fuel level issues (which is a TSB), then Dodge is so screwed up there is no coming back from the low they are in right now.
The sad thing, someone in Dodge knows the real deal. We need some federal emlpoyees to get jobs at Stellantix corporate so there can be leaks. Dodge needs transparency as well as Ford, GM and all the other brands out there. Maybe we have a Senator who owns a Durango and reads our forum who can then propose a bill of transparency of auto makers.

So truck is still at Dodge Service.
They reset the IPC and the BCM but that didn’t change anything. They flashed the IPC, that didn’t work. They now opened a case with STAR to hear what the next steps should be.

It does have the VIN sticker on the PCM

They need to move their ass, go to lot, take out IPC from another 2021-2022 SRT ant try to connect to your car to see if it fixes. Or get some temporary IPC from STAR or whatever is the upper ones...
Such games as "replace w/o guarantee that will fix" is more than ridiculous there in USA. Here in EU i do understand that they are limited, but in USA its such a funny game...

@Padge... I dont know where you live, but if you are close to New Jersey, I have a 2021 SRT cluster that we could try to plug in and see what happens.....

Don't think for one second that the the 1st line of support at STAR is any better then the dealer.
You need to escalate to managers at STAR.

When shop connected to my car looking for the reason why IPC have issues, they saw there is an update available.
They ran an update w/o issues/alerts/errors. But issue remained.
Then they connected again and again saw same update available. This lets me speculate that either IPC is damaged, or, file in their cloud is faulty.
Was the update carried out before - i dont know.

The dealer should NEVER do a repair update without conformation from the customer of the actual complaint. If no one complained about fuel level then the dealer is just playing games for money from Dodge. Now they are causing this mess for doing sleazy things.

Yep but when I said that, they were like, we didn't do it its a misprint. They claimed at first that all was good, then when I came back they said it wouldn't take, maybe we didn't need it and once they pushed it it messed it up? I'm wondering if the file they downloaded has options for R/T and the file is mislabeled somehow, or they picked the wrong model, how can I get my hand on this file?🧐

I'm sure it's only available from a dealer with their STAR data computer.
